Show PEANUT AND CABBAGE SALAD. Shell about ten cents' worth of freshly roasted peanuts and put through the food chopper, or if you haven't one of these useful utensils, the coffee grinder will do just as well. Mix with one small head of .finely chopped cabbage and over it pour a dressing, made from two-thirds of a cupful of vinegar, one well-beaten egg, one heaping teaspoonful of sugar, su-gar, two tablcspoonfuls of cream, a small lump of butter and salt to taste.
