Albert H Heuyel, Hungarian labor leader and H adviser, charged yesterday by Louis JH Loebl, city immigration Inspector, jH with having solicited a bribe of $6000 H to end the munitions' strlko of Hun- H gnrian machinists at the Theodor H Kundtz auto body plant here, is to H appear before Mayor Newton D. H In a statement Henyoi denied he H solicited a bribe and charged that H Loebl offered him money. Loebl's H charges against Ilenyel were mado , M when the mayor called upon him as H city immigration officer to explain his M activities in the strike. Loebl said H ho was trying to trap Henyel into an H offer "to sell out" to the strikers and H that he believed Henyel in his strlko H leadership capacity had an uuder- H standing with the Austro-Hungarlau H government officials In this country.
