Show 00 J. I MARTI CASE TO BE BEFORE COURT NEXT WEEK In Judge J. A. Howell's division of the district court tomorrow will be called for trial the case of the state of Utah against W. W. Harcombe, who is charged with embezzlement. The regular venire of talesmen for the term will appear as jurors, and they also will appear November 22, when the jury in tho J. H.
