Show oo CALLS ROBBERY FRAME-UP. Bingham, Utah, March 19. Brig Larson and S. L. Byron, charged with forming a conspiracy to hold up the Highland Boy bakory in Bingham about a week ago, were arraigned before be-fore E. E. Dudley, justice of the peace, yesterday. On motion of P. P. Jensen, Jen-sen, attornoy for the defendants, the case was dismissed, but was reopened again when Horace H. Smith, assistant assist-ant county attorney, informed tho court that he had another Important witness to place on tho Btand. Albert Al-bert Mutart, who was tho witness called by the state at this juncture of the case, and who is alleged to have been tho man who held up the bakery, testified that the robbery was a "frame-up" between himself and Larson Lar-son and Byron.
