Show INCORPORATION PAPERS FEED Amended articles of Incorporation of the Blacksmith Fork Light & Pow. er company were certified from Salt Lake to Weber county today and were placed on file in'the clerk's office. of-fice. The amendment to the articles provides pro-vides that Ogdon rather than Salt ! Lake shall be headquarters and that the stock Bhall be Increased from $100,000 to $500,000 The stock is divided into shares of the par value of 5100 each. The incorporators were Alfred Budge. Paris, Idaho; J. I. Sheperd. Logan; A. B. Irvine, Salt Lake; H. C. Parker. Salt Lake; D. C. Budge, Logan: Joseph J. Cannon, Salt Lake, and M: S. Browning. .Ogdon, all of whom in the beginning were directors. direc-tors. M. S. Browning was president, Alfred Budge, vice president, and A. B. Irvlno secretary and treasurer Since the time of the incorpora- tlon the company has been reformed and a number of Ogdon people. ' amons them being David Eccles, Jo-soph Jo-soph Scowcroft and others have taken stock and placed the company on a working basis. M. S. Browning is still the president of the company but Joseph Scowcroft is now secretary secre-tary and treasurer. |
