Hockin. accused of being a dyna- I miter, equally sullty with tho McNa-maras, McNa-maras, was again charged by a witness wit-ness at the 'dynamite conspiracy" trial today with secretly having given giv-en evidence to the government. Charles E. Freeman, a public accountant, ac-countant, testified that during the federal fed-eral investigation of alleged illegal shipment of explosives. Hockin voluntarily volun-tarily turned over hundreds of letters taken from J. J. McNaninra s office. Hockin, as acting secretary of the iron workers' union, was in charge of tho office In the absence of President Frank M. Ryan. The crand Jury which examined the letters indicted Hockin along with tho 1 1 other defendants now on trial. "We went to the Iron workers' ( headquarters last December." said Freeman. "'Hockin was ther. Hh pointed out such letters, books and other papers as he wanted and then left us undisturbed to do as we wished." wish-ed."
