Ma you continue n Inspire In-spire tho Giants with your strategy and zeal; may the opening of tho I world's series next 5'ear find the Red Sox once more battling for the championship; cham-pionship; may the best team win in 1912 as the best team has won in 1912" To Pitcher Mathowson the mayor wrote: "In behalf of every fan hereabouts who saw your splondld work in the series just closed, T deslro to express ex-press my sincere appreciation and admiration. ad-miration.
