Show oo LIGHT COMPANY' : TURNS OFF LIGHTS John McCrcady complains in tho district court that the Utah Light & Railway conipany without cause or Just excuso has turned off his lights at his store, 101-103 Twcntyrflfth street, and at his residence, 17G Twenty-third street, much to his Inconvenience, Incon-venience, discomfiture and damage. The plaintiff states that ho has been a pation of the company for a good many years, and that ho has always done the right thing by them There is no other company in the city pro-pared pro-pared to furnish electric light, and he states that he must have the light. The lights were "shut off" January 15, 1912, says tho plaintiff. Tho prayer In the complaint asks that the defendant company be restrained re-strained .from depriving tho plaintiff of light for the home and store, and that he be given damages in the sum of $500 for tho infraction of squaro dealing. |
