Show COLT WILL FIGHT DIVORCE SUIT NEW YORK, July 10 Confirmation of the report that Miss Ethel Barry-more, Barry-more, the actress, is to sue for a divorce di-vorce from Russell Griswold Colt, her husband of two years, was given here today. Material from "which Miss Barry-more's Barry-more's lawyers expect to prepare and file tomorrow Initial papers reached the city from Los Angeles. The suit is for absolute divorce, and will be contested. Will Accept Service. It will be filed in New York county. The summons and a copy of the complaint com-plaint are awaited by Colt and his lawyers, who expect them tomorrow or Friday. Frank M. Patterson, Colt's lawyer, so said today after being be-ing closeted for more than an hour with his client. Jack Barrymore, the theatrical star's brother, spent almost as long a time with Dittenhoefev, Fer-ber, Fer-ber, and James, the law firm which Miss Barrymore has retained Neither Cojt nor Barrymore was- talkative afterward af-terward but the lawyer was less secretive. "No papers have been served upon us yet," aald Mr. Patterson, "but we are prepared to receive the summons tomorrow or Wednesday. Wo will not dodge service.
