Show GUAi TO GO 10 HEKR CITV The annual encampment of tho National Na-tional Guard of Utah will be held at tho Heber City camp site, three and one-half miles from that town. This was decided upon last night by Adjutant Adju-tant Genoral E. A. Wedgwood. The Heber City grounds are Ideal and are said to be the best ever selected for a state encampment. There are seventy acres of meadow land Included In the site, with a border bor-der of timber. The camp will be on the banks of the Provo river, which will supply bathing and fishing facilities facil-ities and there are also good springs to furnish the supply of drinking water. wa-ter. Electric lighting will be supplied sup-plied from the Heber City municipal plant. The cam? is only a short dis-tance dis-tance away from the famous Hot Pots. The Heber City Commercial club has promised to do everything possible possi-ble to make the camp a success. Tho guard will go into camp on August Au-gust 2 and will romain there for eight days The different companies are. now enlisted to almost their fulL,o-ta fulL,o-ta and those who wish to Join tne guard vln time to attend the camp will have to hurry, say the officers. |
