Representatives of commercial organizations, at a meeting here yesterday, appointed a committee to confer with Tailroad representatives to secure an adjustment adjust-ment of charges for carrying large-sized large-sized trunks. The delegates went on record ' as being opposed to any agreement with j the carriers that does not specify at least a fifty-Inch free limit and mod-1 lfied charges for trunks in excess of that dimension. The cities represented represent-ed In the membership of the committee commit-tee In addition to Chicago are Clncin nati, St. Louis, Buffalo, Nashville, New York, Minneapolis, Kansas City nd Denver. The committee vIs empowered In the event It Is unable to reach a sat-I sat-I , isfactory agreement with the rail-fj rail-fj ' roads to present the matter to the I Interstate commerce commission for adjudication.
