Show I LEGAL PROCLAMATION By the Mayor of Ogden, Utah. KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that I, William Glas-! Glas-! mann, Mayor of the City of Ogden, Utah, by virtue of the authority in mc vested by the State of "Utah, do hereby issue the result of the special election held on June 27th, 1911, as follows towlt: For the sale of intoxicating liquor, 4.706. Against the sale of intoxicating liquor, 3,056, Therefore, in accordance with Section Sec-tion 62 Chapter 106 of the laws passed pass-ed by the lust legislature of the I State of Utah, and approved by the Honorable Governor of said state on tho 20th day of March 191. I do hereby here-by proclaim that, in accordance with (ho will of the people of Ogden City as expressed at the said special elec tion, the sale of intoxicant liquor shall be permitted in Ogden City after the date hereof, but only on compliance I with the laws of the State of Utah t an' the ordinances of Ogden Citv.
