Show OGOEIJHTER We beg to call attention of the Ogden Og-den Theatre public to tho excellent amusement for the past two weeks in the Ogden Theatre Jn the engagement of Mr. H. B. Carpenter and his National Na-tional Stock company in a series of high-class Dramas and Comedies. For tho past four years we have been before the Ogden amusement public with entertainment which we believe wc can safely say without any boasting Is of the very highest class of Its kind to be found anywhere In the country We have made it a business principle to give to the public pub-lic the very best to be had in our line How well we have succeeded is perhaps per-haps best told by tho liberal patronage patron-age given us by the amusement public of the city We have felt for some time that perhaps In connection with our Picture Pic-ture Business a diversion in amusement amuse-ment might be aopreclated by our friends and for that reason we have taken over the Ogdcn Theatro and have engaged one of the very best stock companies possible to be had, in fact we believe it to be the best stoclc company ever shown in Ogden We ha've gone Into this new line on the same business principle, to give the pubjic the best to be had for the money, aid wo believe wo are In a position to guarantee to the people of Qgden that n visit to the Ogden Theatre Thea-tre will demonstrate that we hnve done just what we started out to do At the head of the company Is Mr H. B Carpenter who is too well known in Ogden to require any introduction Mr Carpenter first came to Ogden several years ago with the BIttner Stock Co , and to his excellent work with that company Is practically due the big success made by the company whUe here Later Mr Carpenter organized or-ganized a company of his own and played a long engagement In the olu Utahna Theatre and made a big success suc-cess of it. Since then he has be.en traveling through the South and West with a company of hiB own and wc consider we have been very fortunate In being able to secure so capanle an aotor and director to handle the company com-pany this summer. Miss Irene Outtrlm, our leading lady, is not an entire stranger to the Ogden theatre-goer, having filled two or three successful engagements in this city. Miss Outtrlm is a lady of most pleasing personality and never falls to enlist the sympathy and appreciation ap-preciation of her audience whatever her role. Previous to this engagement Miss Outtrlm was prominent in the Garrick Stock company of Salt Lale and later on the road with a comnany of her own, having to close suddenly on account ac-count of the serious Illness of her mother. " We would like to go on and enumerate enumer-ate each member of the company, but nufflce 't to say, that we can guarantee guaran-tee to Ogden people one of the very best stock companies to bo found anywhere any-where and we are satisfied. that one visit to the Ogden Theatre will mean anotVr if' you like good dramas and comedies. In addition to the good entertainment entertain-ment you aro assured good comfortable comfort-able seats, a cool house and courteous treatment, and the prices of 10, 20 and 30 cents are within roach of all. Saturday night will be the .last night of the present bill, "A MAN FROM THE WEST," and opening Sunday, Sun-day, for one week, we will present Mr. Carpenter and his company In an intensely in-tensely interesting drama, '"A TEXAS RANGER." This is a story of earlv emmlgratlon days In Texas and Is full of real western west-ern interest. New srecial scenery never before seen In Ogden will also be seen in this production. We wish to take this opportunity to thank our friends for the very liberal lib-eral patronage in our Motion Picture Business and to solicit from you a visit to tho Ogden Theatre, and the verdict of your judgment on our new venture.
