Robert Davie, the "boy bioker," who was recently arrested ar-rested In South America, charged with absconding, has been studying prison l conditions since he has been a rcsl- i dent of the county Jail awaiting trial and has prepared a set of suggestions which be will present to the legislative legisla-tive committee on prison. His suggestions sugges-tions include the following' Systematic exercise in the yard at least three hours a week for those I awaiting trial. j Bathtubs to be replaced with show- j er baths.
