Collins was charged with exceeding the drink limit and was sentenced to pay a ilno of $5 or serve five days In tho citv prison. As Collins left the court room he smiled his recognition to Jailer Hag-bert Hag-bert Anderson and said that he did not know of any cooler place in town tian the city prison. C. L Lane and John E. Kelsey answered an-swered guilty to the charge of Intoxication Intoxi-cation and were given five days each. R. H.
