Show COOL WAVE 10W BiEAy'HEPORT WASHINGTON, July 1G Following the hot wave that recently brought death and suffering to the whole country, coun-try, this week's weather promises to furnlbh surprises in the other direction direc-tion In that unusually low summer temperatures probably will prevail. The weather bureau seeB in an abnormally abnor-mally high barometric pressure over Canada and Alaska and relatively low pressure on the Atlantic coast, the conditions that will usher In tho cool wave. This pressure distribution Is strongly strong-ly Indicative of temperature below the seasonable average for the coming week, says the weather report. In practically prac-tically all parts of the country from the Rocky mountains to the Atlantic coast. West of the Rocky mountains temperatures will average near or above the normal, with general fair weather except that occasional showers show-ers arc probable In the southern plateau and southern Rocky mountain regions. |
