Show Little League tournament schedules released year. The thirteen teams to participate par-ticipate in the Little League tournament include: Cedar National, Cedar American, St. George, Tri-City, Lincoln County, Beaver, Milford, Panguitch, Parowan, West Zion, Richfield, South Sevier and Milford. Yorke Nelson, District Administrator Ad-ministrator of Little League Baseball for Utah District I, announced the Little League and Senior Little League tournament scheduled for the year. The selection of tournament sites was determined at a District meeting held in Cedar City recently. Kanab was selected as the host league for the Little League District Tournament which will be held July 24, 25, 26, and 27. Thirteen teams will participate in the four day affair and only one team will advance to the state playoffs. Cedar City will host the State Playoff the following week when District I and District II, representing northern Utah, will meet in a single game to be played at the Cedar City diamond on August 3 at 5 p.m. Winner of that game will advance to the Regional tournament scheduled at the Little League complex at San Bernidino, Calif. Cedar City National Little League is the defending District and State Champions, Nelson stated. In Senior Little League tournament tour-nament action teams will meet at Richfield for the District tournament tour-nament July 18, 19 and 20. Five and possibly six teams will participate including host Richfield, Rich-field, Cedar City, South Sevier, Dixie, Parowan and possibly a sixth entry from the Milford area, Nelson stated.
