Show WINS HONORS. Arnold Graff of Cedar City shows certificates of his election as a Mayor and as a State Senator at Boys State this past week. ' Graff elected Senator at Boys State confab wide program, can be elected. In addition to his election his City also won first place in the athletic competition based on total points scored. The boys participated in swimming, volleyball, softball and basektball. Graff, the son of Dr. and Mrs. A. LaMar Graff, will be a senior at Cedar High School next year. The youth expressed his thanks to California-Pacific Utilities Company of Cedar City for their sponsorship of his attendance at Boys State and to the American Legion fop providing the outstanding out-standing leadership opportunity for all those in attendnance from throughout the state. Arnold Graff of Cedar City was one of six named to the Senate at the Utah Boy State concluded this past week on the campus of Utah State University in Logan. Graff, who was named as Mayor of the City of Saleno early in the week-long program, gave up that elective position when he was elected, by a wide margin, as a Senator from Blood County, one of six mock counties organized in the governmental training program.
