Show Gardner claims Hart in marriage rites Betsy Scholl. The bride carried a Queen Anne Colonial Bouquet of pink Faberge Roses with gyp-sophylla gyp-sophylla and pink piquot streamers. Sisters of the bride, Betsy Scholl and Dolores Hart were bridesmaids as well as Cheri Nelson and Teresa Williams. The attendants wore pink and while checked long dresses with pink picture hats. They carried white lace baskets filled with pink and white pixie carnations surrounded with gysophylia. Max H. Gardner stood as best man while another brother Kevin Gardner and cousins, Brent Baumgartner, Mike Hunter and Brad Hunter served as ushers. The mothers of the bridal couple wore pink crepe gowns with lavender cymbidium orchid corsages. The newlyweds honeymooned enroute to Oregon where they are going to live. The bride is a graduate of Cedar High as is the bridegroom. Mr. Gardner is presently managing a Coronet store in Seaside, Oregon. Prior to the wedding the bridegroom's parents hosted a dinner at the Town & Country for close friends and family of the bride and' bridegroom. The bride was also guest of honor at a shower hosted by Kathy Mitchell. Mr. and Mrs. William M. Hart, New Castle and Mr. and Mrs. Max Gardner. The Cultural Hall was decorated for the reception with beautiful baskets of pink and white gladioli and large Killian daisies in pink and white with gypsophylia. The bride wore a gown of ivory satin featuring an empire waistline and trimmed in lace and seed pearls. The attached train was also trimmed with lace and seed pearls.
