Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder at the front entrance to the Iron County Courthouse, 68 South 100 East, Parowan, Utah, on Friday, the 30th day of July, 1976, at the hour of 10:00 o'clock A.M., of said date, by Southern Utah Title Company, a Utah corporation, as Trustee, under the Trust Deed, executed by Phil Brown, aka Phil M. Brown, an unmarried man, as Trustor, to Southern Utah Title Company, a Utah Corporation, as Trustee, and Dewey L. Carpenter, Car-penter, Trustee, as beneficiary, dated the 18th day of March, 1969 and recorded March 25, 1969, as Entry No. 152052, in Book 144 at page 165 of the official records of the County Recorder of Iron County, State of Utah, and which property is more particularly described as follows, to-wit: The North half of the Southeast quarter of Section 5, Township 34 South, Range 16 West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian. An Amended Notice of Default was recorded on March 15, 1976, as Entry No. 183591, in Book 215 at pages 775-777 of the official records of the County Recorder of Iron County, State of Utah. The purchase price is payable in lawful money of the United States of America. The sale will be made without covenant or warranty, express or implied, regarding title, possession or encumbrances, and will be for the purpose of paying obligations secured by said Trust Deed and expenses of sale as provided for by law.
