This zone is not a passing pass-ing zone and its use as such is illegal. Neither is it legal to make a "U" turn on the highway high-way in this area, since the wide yellow lines serve as double yellow lines. Drivers are urged to use this zone when they wish to make a left turn into such areas as the City Cemetery entering the zone before beginning to slow down to avoid being struck from the rear by ve- |
