The contest will be limited to fish caught In the counties of Iron, Washington, Beaver, Kane, and Garfield. Weighings will be handled at Foodtown in Cedar City. The rabbit hunt for members mem-bers and thos interested in joining the organization will be held Saturday, Apr. 20. Those participating will leave In a meeting of the Cedar City Wildlife Federation held this past week plans were laid for a series of events during dur-ing the coming year. Officers announced that a Big Fish Contest would be held duing the upcoming fishing season; a big deer contest In the fall and plans were also made for a rabbit hunt to be held this week .end. Big Fish contest plans Include In-clude a weekly contest, limited lim-ited to members of the Federation, Fed-eration, with a grand prize to be awarded at tha end of the season. A $5 cash weekly prize will be offered with a $25 cash prize to be accorded the big fish winner at the end of the season. |
