Show Mrs. Dixie Leavitt Is Named to Citizens Advisory Council A Cedar City resident, Mrs. ' Dixie Leavitt, is one of 12 prominent Utah leaders called by the Utah Coordinating Council of Higher Education to serve on a blue-ribbon Citizen's Cit-izen's Advisory Committee. I Assignment given to the committee Is to assess the critical crit-ical needs of Utah's state-as-1 sisted colleges and universit- j ies. j Serving as chairman and vice-chairman of the committee commit-tee will be Utah attorneys Mitchell Melich and John Boyden. I Other members, in addition to Mrs. Leavitt, are: John J. Leete, general manager of j UNIVAC, Salt Lake City; Jack 1 O'Keefe, general manager of the Utah Cooper Division of Kennecott Cooper Corporation; former Senator Thorpe Wad-dingham, Wad-dingham, a Delta attorney; Sheldon Johnson, district manager, man-ager, Sears, Salt Lake City; businessman John Hinckley, Ogden; Arch B. Kesler, Jr., president Walker Bank; Norman Nor-man Rosenblat, publications manager, White House Press, Salt Lake City; Dr. Elroy Nelson, Nel-son, vice president First Secur-ity Secur-ity Bank, and a representative of organized labor. |
