Show Native oi Parowan Dies of Stroke, Funeral Set for Friday Mrs. Mavourneen Bentley Tay. lor. 60, wife of Clayton Taylor, and lifelong resident of Parowan, died at the Iron County Hospl-tal Hospl-tal early Tuesday morning following fol-lowing a stroke which she suffered suf-fered the day before. Funeral Services for Mrs. Tay. lor will be held Friday at 2 p. m. In the Parowan Second Ward chapel under the direction of Bishop George F. Rowley. The body of the deceased will be at the family home In Parowan from 10 a. m. until time of the services. Mrs. Taylor was born here on May 2, 1891, a daughter of William Wil-liam and Lavina Banks Bcntly and received her education Ir l local schools. She was married to Clayton Taylor In Parowan on Dc. 27, 1916. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Latter-day Saints and had been a teacher In the Primary Association Associa-tion and Sunday School in her ward. ' Survivors Include her hus-: hus-: band, two sons, Darwin Taylor, 1 Casper, Wyo., and Gene Taylor, ' Kearos, Utah; five grandchll-' grandchll-' dren and the following brothers and sisters: George E. Bontley. Las Vegas, Nev.; Wilford Bent-ley, Bent-ley, Cedar City; Zelma B. Huf-faker, Huf-faker, Mesa, Ariz.; Maude B. Whiting. Mapleton. Utah, and Fannie B. Stubbs, Parowan. |
