Verna Davis and son Paul and Mrs. Mina Piatt visited last week in New Harmony. Ward members spent last Friday Fri-day at the welfare building can-nlng can-nlng beans. Mr. and Mrs. Marion Roundy of Provo were visitor at the home of Phoebe Davies. They enjoyed visiting about town with relatives rela-tives and old friends. Mr. and Mrs. Roundy were former residents resi-dents here. Sunday visitors at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Jess Williams were Mr. and Mrs. Paul Williams and girls of Boulder City. Nev.; Mr. and Mrs. Harlan Walker and daughter of Cedar City, and Mr. and Mrs. Grant Hale and boys of Salt Lake City. ' Boyd Reeves of Ely, Nev.. spent the Labor Day week end here with his parents, Mr. and Mr. Lynn Reeves. Visitors here over the week end from Las Vegas were Mr. and Mrs. Dale Christensen and boys, Mr. and Mrs. Reginald Davis Da-vis and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Steven Huntsman, Mr. and Mrs. Denor Pollock and girls. Mr. and Mrs. Clair Woodbury and Mrs. Roma Wood and Sharla. i Mrs. Lillie Graff and son Fred of St. George and her daughter Mrs. Shirley Roberts and children chil-dren of Michigan were visitors at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Chester Williams. The SHH-ial Interest class of the MIA enjoyed a chicken supper at the camp grounds at Wood's Ranch one evening last week. There was a good attendance attend-ance and all report a fine time but a little cold. Mr. and Mrs. Darrell Smith and small son of Cedar City visited vis-ited with his father. Earl Smith. Mr. and Mrs. Wllford Berry and children have returned to their home at South Gate, Calif, after visiting with relatives and friends for a few days.
