Show University President Addresses Cedar City Kiwanians Dr. Daryl Chase, president of Utah State University at Loean. was guest speaker at the reguiar Monday evening meeting of the Kiwanis Club of Cedar City. President Chase directed his remarks to the development, "to the ultimate" of scientific knowledge in recent . years. He pointed out that although virtually vir-tually all fields of scientific s'u-dy s'u-dy have advanced far beyond the comprehension of recent generations, gen-erations, still the problem of development de-velopment of human relations, has not kept pace.
