Show Elizabeth Dewsnup Serves on Cedar High Faculty ,.0-y ELIZABETH P. DEWSNUP j A new member of the Cedar City High School Home Economics Econom-ics department is Mrs. Elizabeth P. Dewsnup. She was born in Riverton, Utah. Mrs. Dewsnup graduated from the University of Utah with a B. A. in clothing and textiles and fashion merchandising. While at the U of U she was a member and officers o! Omicrn N'u, national honorary society; for home economic majors. She' won first place in the Salt Lake Region Wool Growers Contest and received the Rose W. Bennett Scholarship award in home eco- nomics. She was the home demonstration demonstra-tion agent in Millard County for 'a year and taught two years at jthe high school in Delta, Utah. I Mrs. Dewsnup received her ! fifth year teaching 'ertificate from the U of U last year. She plans to make her home in Cedar City along with her three daughters: Meredine E. 10; Marcia Ruth, 7; and Tracy Page, 4. Travel has been one of the in-terestes in-terestes of Mrs. Dewsnup. She has visited Mexico City, the Hawaiian Ha-waiian Islands, Europe and Canada. |
