Show I NEWS NOTES FROM SUMMIT I Mrs. Violet Hulet entertained at her home Tuesday evening of last week, in honor her daughter-in-law, Mrs. Pauline Hulet and Mrs. Minnie Dalley on their birthdays. Mr. and Mrs. Arden Richards and daughter Myra, traveled to Salt Lake City to visit over the week end with their daughter, Mrs. Kay Tucker, who is hospitalized hospit-alized there at the present time. Mrs. Richard's mother, Mrs. Harold Har-old Smith, accompanied them and they also visited with Harold's Har-old's sister, Mrs. Louella Adair. A number of the High Priests' of our ward, and their wives, at-1 tended the Stake High Priests party in Parowan Friday eve-1 ning where a turkey dinner with i all the trimmings was served. The Primary officers and teachers had their annual Christmas Christ-mas party and dinner at the church on Saturday evening, inviting in-viting their partners, the Bishoprics Bish-oprics and wives as special guests. ivir. and Mrs. Ted Fife and son J Gillman were in Salt Lake City to spend the week end with their! dauehter, Mrs. Mack Rider and! family. I Mr. and Mrs. Bob Wilkins of Pioche, Nev. visited here Saturday Satur-day with Mrs. Wilkin's sister, Mrs. Helen Matheson, and a brother, bro-ther, Herbert White, and family. Mrs. Wilma Lamoreaux and children Peggy and David, and Mrs. Hazel Jean Robinson of Paragonah, visited here Saturday Satur-day afternoon at the home of their brother, Jay Davenport. Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Green left Monday for Chula Vlsto, Calif., a a month's visit with their son, Ralph, Jr., and family. |
