Show CEDAR CITY SOCIAL SWING I Eight couples who are members mem-bers of a Sunday night study group Invited their families to Join with them at a special Christmas party held December ?1in at the home of Dr. and Mrs. Paul Lunt. The December party has become a customary event for the families of Dr. and Mrs. Joseph Felix, Dr. and Mrs. Garth Chatterley, Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Hafen, Judge and Mrs. Sterling Bosshardt, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Bradshaw, Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Cox, Mr. and Mrs. Robert White and Dr. and Mrs. Lunt. Each family contributes some number to make up the program and at the conclusion a large pinata, filled with candies, fruits and gifts Is broken In the style of a Mexican Festivity. The Eleventh Ward Primary Organization held their traditional tradition-al Yule social last week at the stake house. Partners of the officers offi-cers and teachers were Invited with others to participate in the fun which included a program and dinner. Primary officers had planned the affair and Janine Jolley and Mary Ann Walters were in charge of the program and decorations. Hand puppets, in the forms of i tooth-bugs were made at the home ol Mrs. Paul Lunt last week during a meeting of Dental Wives from Cedar Cny and St. George. The 2H puppets will be distributed throughout the southern south-ern Utah elementary schools at the commencement of the National Nation-al Dental Health Week, early in February. Mr. Clemont Adams spoke to the nine Dental Wives about the National Dental Health Week during their meeting. Luncheon was served prior to the closing of the session. Mrs. Bob Smith traveled to Las Vegas to spend the week end as a guest of Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Clark. |
