Show Randall Wilcock, One Time Resident Dies, Will Be Buried Here Funeral services are being' held this, Thursday afternoon at I 2 in the First Ward Church for Randall Eyre Wilcock, 72, former' resident of Parowan, who has been living at Washington Ter-ace, Ter-ace, Weber County for several years. Mr. Wilcock died Sunday night in an Ogden rest home of natural causes. The body will be at the ward chapel from 1 p. m. to time for services. The deceased was born in Parowan Par-owan April 12, 1893, a son of Samuel R. and Francetta Eyre Wilcock. He had resided in Parowan Paro-wan and Cowley, Wyo. most of his life and was married to Essie May Jackson of Parowan June 27, 1916. After living In Cowley for a few years they returned to Parowan where he was employed as a government trapper for rnany years. The family moved to Carbon County following World War II, then to Ogden. He is survived by his widow and the following sons and daughter: Samuel R., Salt Lake City; Larry R., Bloomington, 111.; Robert J-, Mrs. Karl (Kathleen) Orton, Ogden; Fred J., Harrisville; Mrs. Lawrence (Marie) Thiel, Layton. Also surviving are 19 grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and the following brothers bro-thers and sisters: Jack, Deavc;, Wyo.; Glen and Leland, Cowley; Thara, Mesa, Ariz.; Marion, Wor-land, Wor-land, Wyo.; Mrs. Lloyd Fowler, Denver, Colo, and Mrs. Neff Tip-pitts, Tip-pitts, Bangkok, Thailand. Their oldest son, Mark Wilcock, was killed in World War II during dur-ing the invasion of Italy. |
