Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer Engi-neer for an extension of time to resume use of water, to change and to appropriate water in Iron County, State of Utah, throughout through-out the entire year unless otherwise other-wise designated. All locations are In SLB&M. Extension No. 115 James I. Endlcott, P. O. Box 743, Grand Coulee, Washington, has filed for an extension of time within which to resume use of 1.337 sec. ft and 45.280 ac. ft. of water wa-ter evidenced by Underground-water Underground-water Claim No. 924, Award No. 159, Escalante Valley Proposed Determination of Water Rights. The- water has been diverted from a 12-inch well, 120 ft. deep at a point S. 2615 ft and E. 1615 ft from NW Cor. Sec 31. T34S. R16W, and used from Apr. 1 to Oct 1 to Irrigate 15 acres in SWttNEtt said Sec. 31, and for year-round stock-watering pur-poses. pur-poses. The water was last beneficially benefi-cially used in 1936. An extension of time Is now requested to and including Apr. 1, 1963, within which to resume use of water. To Change: a -3248 Clark Livestock, a Corp, 107 S. 200 West St., Cedar City, Ut proposes to change the points of diversion and places of use of 4 sec. ft of water Initiated by application No. 15648, Water Users Claim No. 989, and 4 sec. ft of water Initiated by Application Applica-tion No. 15649, Water Users Claim No. 984, both In the Cedar City Valley Proposed Determination. Thf water was to have been di verted at the f611owing points: (1) Application No. 15648 from a 14-in. well. 247 ft deep. S. 600 ft and W. 320 ft from EM Cor. Sec 30, T34S, R10W; (2) Application Appli-cation No. 15649 from a 16-ln. well, 103 feet deep, N. 300 ft and W. 1470 ft from E Cor. said Sec 30, and used to Irrigate 580 acres under Application No. 15648. and 500 acres under application ap-plication No. 15649 from Apr. 1 to Oct 1 In NW14, WttNEK Sec. 25, S Sec. 24, EttSEtt Sec. 23. T34S R11W, and for year-round incidental flock watering of 5000 sheep and 300 cattle. Hereafter, it is proposed to divert di-vert the same quantity of water during the same period under each application, respectively, as heretofore at the following points: (1) Application No. 15648 14 in. well, 247 ft deep, N. 13'04'E. 2655 ft from SVi Cor. Sec. 36, T34S. R11W; (2) Application Appli-cation No. 15649 16-ln. well. 1 125 ft deep. N. 486 ft and E. 94 ft from SM, Cor. Sec. 36. Ut proposes to change the point of diversion of 4 sec ft of water initiated by Application No. 15771, Certificate No. 4443, Water Wa-ter Users Claim No. 590. The water has been diverted from a well at a point N. 40 ft and E. 1375 ft. from WVi Cor. Sec. 28, T35S, R16W, and used from Apr. 1 to Oct 30 to irrigate 210.32 acres in W4NE54, NWVi said Sec 23. I Hereafter it is proposed to divert di-vert 4 sec. ft of water from either ei-ther one or both of two 18-ln. wells at the following points: (1) same as heretofore; (2) N. 875 ft and E. 3100 ft from WVi Cor. The water Is to be used during the same period and for the same purposes as heretofore in NVi said Sec 28. a-3779 Iron County (a Utah Corporation), Parowan, Ut proposes pro-poses to change the point of diversion di-version and nature of use of .033 sec. ft of water evidenced by Water Users Claim No. 913, Proposed Pro-posed Determination of water rights in Cedar City Valley Drainage Drain-age area. The water has been diverted from Left Hard Hollow, Hol-low, trib. to Coal Creek at . point N. 1931 ft. and W. 405 ft from SVi Cor, Sec. 18, T37S, R9W, and used from May 1 to Oct. 31 to irrigate ir-rigate 3 acres in NEViSWVi said Sec 18, and as a supplemental supply for year-round watering of 150 sheep, 35 cattle and 6 horses. Hereafter, .0185 sec ft Is to be diverted at a point N. 63 ft and E. 913 ft from SVi Cor. Hunt, Beryl, Ut proposes to change the point of diversion and place of use of .65 sec ft. of water Initiated by Application No. 15877-a. The water was to have been diverted from a well at a point S. 2250 ft and W. 380 ft from NE Cor. Sec. 25, T33S, R17W. and used from Mar. 15 to Nov. 1 as a supplemental supply sup-ply to Irrigate 154 acres in SEK said Pec 25. Hereafter .65 sec ft is to be diverted at a point N. 50 ft and W. 2590 ft from EVi Cor.
