Show ! Graveside Services Conducted for Leland S. Pritchard Leland S. Pritchard, 10-year-old son of Leland and Virginia Granlees Pritchard, who died at the family home in Fallon, Nev. Thursday, July 19. was brought to Parowan for graveside services and burial on Monday of this week. The boy's father is a former form-er resident of this community. The boy, whose twin brother died at birth, has been in ill health most of his life, was born Nov. 19, 1952. and the family has lived in Fallon for the past several years. The services In the Parowan City cemetery, held at 11 a. m. Monday, were conducted by Ralph Hulet tf the First Ward bishopric. A. C. Hatch offered the opening prayer and Harley W. Dalton was the speaker with brief remarks by Mr. Hulet. The closing clos-ing prayer and dedication of the grave was by Arthur Cottam of St. George. A double mixed quartet, consisting con-sisting of Clair and Roberta Rowley, Row-ley, Itha Mortensen, Anna Lyman, Ly-man, Edna Brown, Howard D. Knight, Reed Orton and F. C. Van Buren, sang the song, "Sometime We'll Understand," The deceased is survived by his parents, a sister, Ann Pritchard, Pritch-ard, Fallon; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Sid Pritchard, Parowan, and Mr. and Mrs. Richard Granlees, Gran-lees, Lodl, Calif. Out-of-town relatives in attendance at-tendance at the services were Mr. and Mrs. Albert Dalley and Mr. and Mrs. Scott Bringhurst, Salt Lake City; Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Cottam, St. George and Murl Gibson, Gib-son, Cedar City. |
