Show 01der 4-K Camp Completed By County Youth Iron County older 4-H club ramp was held July 18, 19 and 20 at Duck (.'reek. There were L'Jli, members In i? tendance, accord- to NaDene Dod'e, scribe. i Camp began Wednesday at 1 p. m. with the election of officers. Carl Nelson was elected mayor with Mary Ann Grimshaw as mayorette and Miss Dodge as scribe. That evening the regular camp-fire program was held with various clubs putting on skits. The skits were enjoyed by all. Thursday was devoted to recreation rec-reation including a hike to Cascade Cas-cade Kalis, and participation in a string tie. That evening additional addi-tional skits were presented by the clubs in attendance. Contests and an awards program pro-gram were held Friday and awards were presented as follows: fol-lows: Clean Camp: 1st, Doug Patcher from Parowan; 2nd, Truesome Twosome. Cedar City; Honorable mention, The Flintstones, pin Pals, Gruesome Twosome, from Cedar City and the Nimble Thimbles of Parowan. Booby prize went to the Foul Plugs of Cedar City. Camp Identification: 1st, Hot Shots, Enoch: 2nd Gruesome Twosome, Cedar City; Honorable mention. The Flintstones, Foul Plugs, Cedar City and the Two Greasy Joes, Enoch. Lummi Stick: 1st. Brenda Bunting and Charlotte Thompson, Cedar City; 2nd. Dianne Speirs and Carleen Maxwell, Enoch. In the leaders division first prize went to Leon Maxwell of 1 Enoch and Ann Leigh of Cedar City. Skits, first night: 1st, Iruo--I some Twosome, Cedar City; 2nd,. Two Greasy Joes, Enoch, llouor--able mention: Behive 5, Cook--ettes, Cedar City and Les Chem--Ises, Parowan. Skits, second night: 1st, The-FlinUstones, The-FlinUstones, Cedar City; 2nd, Dinner Jackets, Enoch. Honorable mention; Dog Patchers and Stitch Witchers, both of Parowan. Individual Identification: 1st Foul IMutxs, Cedar City; 2nd, Bee ; Hive 5, Cedar City. Honorable -' mention: Pin Pals, and ITuney Bees, both of Cedar City.
