Show I Native of Cedar City Succumbs to Age I Arminta McConnell Bulloch, 84, native Cedar City resident, died Saturday, July 21. at her home after a lingering Illness. Mrs. Bulloch was born In Cedar City, Oct. 5, 1877. a daughter of Henry 11. and Eliza McConnell, and spent her life here. Active in civic and church affairs she had been particularly prominent in Relief Society work, and In affairs af-fairs of the local Chapter of the Daughters of Utah Pioneers. On November 25, 1904, she married Robert William Bulloch in Parowan. She is survived by her husband. In addition to her husband she is survived by five sons, Leonard. Henry, David M., Robert W, and Broze Bulloch, all of Cedar City; two daughters, Mrs. Earl (Gwen) Jackson, Clatskanie, Ore., and Mrs. Henry (Wilma) Esplin, Jr., Nyssa. Ore.; 20 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. The funeral services were conducted con-ducted by Bishop Frank J. Petty . Speakers were Smoot Seaman, Harry Lunt and Rulon Wood. I Invocation was by Henry Es-i Es-i plln Jr., benediction by Henry P. Dotson, and the dedication of the grave by Samuel F. Leigh. Prayer at the mortuary prior to the services was by Robert Es- plin. The musical program included a vocal duet, "Going Home," by Howard and Orma Wood, and a vocal solo, "The Lord's Prayer," by Blaine Johnson. |
