Show CSU Co-eds to Learn Holes oi Charm, Personal Growth Under the sponsorship of the lady faculty members of the College Col-lege of Southern Utah and the Associated Women Students, a series of six discussions on personal per-sonal development and charm will be held at the college be- ginning Jan. 5, 1954. The purpose of the discussions Is to acquaint young ladies of the college with the importance of proper conduct and neat appearance ap-pearance In a critical society. Similar discussions have been successfully varried out in other colleges of the nation, and emphasis em-phasis is laid upon those elements ele-ments of personality that are not generally covered in academic! courses. I Subjects for discussion, with the Instructor for each, are listed below: Jan. 5, "Personal Health, Cleanliness and Grooming," Harriett Har-riett Stewart; Jan. 12, "College Girls' Wardrobe," Alice Chase; Jan. 19, "Popularity and Dating," Elaine Southwick; Jan 26, "Etiquette "Eti-quette for College Girls," Elaine Southwick; Feb. 2, "The Real You," Florence Corry; Feb. 9: The Case for Chastity," Florence Corry. The classes will be held from 10:30 to noon in Room 302 of the library building, it Is understood. |
