Show NOTICE OF SALE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the undersigned Administrator Adminis-trator of the estate of Ellen T. Mulllner, deceased, proposes to sell at Administrator's Sale, to the highest bidder, what is commonly com-monly known as the Ellen T. Mulllner home property located at 485 East 200 South Street, Cedar City, Utah, particularly described de-scribed as follows: Commencing at the southwest cornel of Lot 4, Block 41, Plat B, Cedar City Town Survey as platted in the official map of said survey filed in the office of the County Recorder of Iron County, Utah, and running thence North 8 rods; thence East 11 rods; thence South 8 reds; thence West 11 rods to Hie (riiaL-c ui utrUMjiMK, i. untaxing un-taxing 88 square rods. Together Togeth-er with all water rights, im-improvements, im-improvements, privileges and appurtenances thereunto belonging. be-longing. All persons interested in purchasing pur-chasing said property are requested re-quested to submit written, sealed seal-ed bids to the undersigned Administrator Ad-ministrator of said estate or to Morris & Matheson, attorneys for said estate, Bank of Southern on cr before Thursday, the 7th day ot January, 1954. Forms of Utah Building, Cedar City, Utah, bid will be supplied by said attorneys at-torneys upon request.
