Show John T. Rasmussens To Observe 63rd Wedding Date One of Parowan's oldest and very highly respected couples, Mr. and Mrs. John T. Rasmus-sen, Rasmus-sen, will observe their 63rd wedding wed-ding anniversary on Thanksgiving Thanksgiv-ing day, Nov. 25. They were married mar-ried in Parowan on Nov. 25, 1801 and have spent their married life here with the exception of 10 years spent in the Bighorn Basin Ba-sin of Wyoming when Mormon Colonists were sent to found the towns in that area. While no family gathering is planned because of the condition of Mrs. Rasmussen's health, which has been very bad lately, most of the members of the family fam-ily are here to spend the day with their parents. Members of the family are Mrs. Butella Halterman, Clayton and Morris Rasmussen of this city; Mondell Rasmussen, Cedar City; Frank Rasmussen and Mrs. Golda Gol-da Brunner of Los Angeles, and Otto Rasmussen. Burley, Idaho. They also have 33 grandchildren and 31 great-grandchildren. |
