Stmt. n x m-ihi Mmummtti ii,.uj-tli-j.Aia Wives, sweethearts, mothers and friends meeting servicemen returning from Korea Ko-rea as bus arrives in Cedar City on Christmas Christ-mas Eve. The bus carried the first group from the southern Utah National Guard unit to return on rotation. Hundreds of people gathered on Main street to welcome wel-come 11 Cedar City members of the 213th Field Artillery battalion, including Scott Urie, Court Nelson, Chester Barrick, Clyde Nelson, Pete Nelson, Boyd Holyoak, Don Wood, Milt Jolley, Arthur Dustin, Marion Bratton and William Davis. Clair Macfarlane returned from Korea with the group, but went directly to Nephi, Mrs. Macfarlane's home town. It was a happy Christmas Eve reunion for this group, and others are expected to follow soon. Other servicemen from Beaver, Richfield and Fillmore arrived with the group. j. ot. |
