Show Cedar City Pilot Credited With Damaging MIG Word has been received here that 1st Lt. Thiel M. Reeves, F-86 Sabrejet pilot, has been credited with damaging a Russian-made MIG-15 plane in Korean fighting. fight-ing. Lt. Reeves, who has been in the service for five years, has been with the U. S. Air Force in Korea since May 1951. The Cedar City flier got his first victory of the Korean war on Dec. 15, according to the report, re-port, when in a battle over North Korea he was credited with crippling crip-pling a MIG. He is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Otto Reeves of Cedar City. His wife, Mary Rucher Reeves, and their two-month-old daughter, Marian Edith, reside in Ephrata, Wash. |
