Milt's Circus-Lounge Circus-Lounge and Eiederman Hereford Ranch, who are presently tied for the league lead, will bo Ihe-strong Ihe-strong contenders with Ray's Cafe and Thornton Drug entering: as the Cedar City "dark horse" teams. Out-of-town teams will inclu-lff the defending champion from, St. George, and teams from Mil-ford, Mil-ford, Boulder City, Nev, and either ei-ther Kanab or Pioche. An interesting sidelight on the Milford team is that five of the girls on the team are sisters. Mr. and Mrs. Lofthouse of Milfortf sponsor the team and their five daughters play, comprising- a good share of the roster. Fans may have a hard time keeping track of which one is doing what at the tourney. Arrangements for the tourney-entries tourney-entries and placing has been done with the assistance of La-Vell La-Vell Chamberlain and ' WalLar? "Red" Osborne of the Cedar City Recreation department. Overall arrangements have been made by Mrs. F. L. (Tillie) Biedermati, president, and Mrs. Gam Hirschi, Hir-schi, secretary of the association. |
