Show Junior High School Continues Charity Project In keeping with a tradition set some five years ago the students and teachers of the Cedar City Junioi high school again this Christmas are pooling their nick-lea nick-lea and dimes in preparation for a Christmas charity project. Many handicapped children have been helped during the past lew years as a result of this program pro-gram and it is the desire of the students and teachers that it may grow from year to year. The idea originally developed through the student council when the students were spending so much money buying presents for each other. They felt that they were forgetting the real purpose of Christmas by thinking of self first. Since the inauguration of this program at ennstmas time me spirit of the school has made a noticeable change and the students stu-dents and teachers are talking about how they can held those in need. They are gradually catching the real Christmas rpirit. |
