Show NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held in the Courtroom of the City and County Building in Cedar City, Utah on the 13th day of March, 1950 at the hour of 7:30 P. M. on proposed changes in the boundary boun-dary lines of Light Industrial Zoning District M in Cedar City and the amendment of the zoning zon-ing ordinance pertaining to trailer trail-er parks or camps. It is proposed by the Planning and Zoning Commission and the City Council to increase in size that part of the Light Industrial Indus-trial Zoning District M lying north of Coal Creek and between be-tween a line 200 feet west of the west boundary of IT. S. High- way No. 91 and the north extension exten-sion of 200 East street by includ-ing includ-ing areas both north and south of the present district and which are described as follows: That part of Light Industrial Zoning District I I lying north of Coal Creek would be extended extend-ed north to the north city limits li-mits and the east boundary would be the north extension of 100 East Street from the intersection of 100 East Street and Coal Creek and on north to the north City Limits; thence the north line would run west along the north City limits to a point 200 feet west of the west boundary of U. S. Highway No. 91; thence southeasterly south-easterly and southerly along a 'line 200 feet west of the west boundary of said Highway to the center of Coal Creek; thence southeasterly along the center of Coal Creek to the point of beginning. The area to be placed In Zoning Zon-ing District I I lying south of Coal Creek is described as follows: fol-lows: Commencing at the Intersection Intersec-tion of U. S. Highway No. 91 and Coal Creek at the Coal Creek bridge and running thence south along the center of U. S. Highway No. 91 or Main Street to the center of the intersection intersec-tion of Main Street and 400 North Street; thence east along the center of 400 North to the center of 100 East Street; thence north along the center of 100 East Street to the center cen-ter of Coal Cieek; thence northwesterly north-westerly along the center of Coal Creek to the place of beginning. It is further proposed by the Planning and Zoning Commission Commis-sion and the City Council to restrict re-strict trailer courts or trailer parking lots and camps to Zoning Zon-ing Districts C-2, I I and 1-2. All 'persons interested In said proposed changes are requested to be present at said hearing at which time and place they will be heard. Dated this 21st day of February, Febru-ary, 1950. ELLEN A.
