Any exceptions to the stated conditions must be submitted in writing at the time of bid. Bids will be accepted and received at the District Treatment plant office located at 2627 West Shepard Lane, Kaysville, Utah 84037 until 2:00 pm MST on February 12, 1991. At this time bids vill be opened and read aloud. All bids must include technical literature for the item being quoted as required in the Technical Specifications. Alternative bids will be accepted, but exceptions to the written specifications must be |
