Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder, on the 6th day of March, 1991, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, on the front steps of the Davis County Courthouse, Court-house, Farmington, Utah, at 11:00 a.m. on said day, for the purpose of foreclosing foreclos-ing a Trust Deed executed by MICHAEL BLAGG and NANCY BLAGG, as Trustors, in favor of UNITED SAVINGS BANKS, previously known as United Savings and Loan Association, as Beneficiary, recorded June 27, 1988, as Entry No. 829213 in Book 1242 at Page 1064 of records in the office of the County Recorder of Davis County, Utah. Said property is located at 689 East 200 North, Nor-th, Bountiful, Utah, 84010, and is more particularly described as: All of Lot 101, Except the North 2.0 feet thereof, CENTRAL CEN-TRAL HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, SUBDIVI-SION, Block "F," a subdivision subdivi-sion of part of Section 20, Township 2 North, Range 1 East, Salt Lake Base and Meridian, Meri-dian, in the City of Bountiful, according to the official plat thereof. Land Serial No. 04-027- 00O4. The current reputed owners of the subject property are ROBERT CORD BEATTY and DEB I BEATTY. Notice of Default was recorded October Oc-tober 22, 1990, as Entry No. 905687 in Book 1377 at Page 97 of said official offi-cial records. The beneficial interest in said Trust Deed was subsequently assigned to WESTERN MORTGAGE LOAN CORPORATION by Assignment of Trust Deed dated July 15, 1988, and recorded July 18, 1988, as Entry No. 831029 in Book 1246 at Page 33 of said official records.
