Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 22nd day of February, 1991 at 10:00 A.M. at the North front door of the Davis County Court House at Farmington, Utah in the County of Davis, by SECURITY TITLE TI-TLE COMPANY, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust made by EDWARD STANLEY DELB RIDGE and CAROL JEAN DELB RIDGE, as Trustors, and recorded July 9, 1986 as Entry No. 743425 in Book 1098 at pages 1 1 16 of the Official Records of Davis County, Utah, given to secure an indebtedness in ' favor of BARNES BANKING COMPANY COM-PANY (now owned and held by BARNES BANKING COMPANY) by reason of the breach of certain obligations obliga-tions secured thereby. Notice of Default was recorded September 13, 1990 as Entry No. 902364 in Book 1371 at page 154 of said Official Records. Trustee will sell at public auction to the highest bidder for cash, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, without warranty as to title, possession or encumbrances, the following described property at 1202 East Mutton Hollow Road, in the City of Kaysville, County of Davis, State of Utah: Beginning at a point South 0 degrees 11 West 929.8 feet - along the Section line from the "J Northwest comer of Section 25, Township 4 North, Range 1 West, Salt Lake Meridian, and running thence North 0 degrees IT East 3.97 feet along the Section line; thence North 89 degrees 4340" West 19.5 feet; thence North 0 degrees 11 East 415.3 feet parallel to the ( ; Section line; thence North 13 degrees 11' West 36.0 feet to the Southerly line of a road; thence North 76 degrees 49' East 105.0 feet, more or less, along the South line of said road to the West line of a Highway, 110.0 feet perpendicularly perpen-dicularly distant Westerly from the center line thereof; thence South 0 degrees 26' East 478.4 feet, more or less, along said Highway to a point due East of the point of beginning; thence West 76.0 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning, for the purpose of paying obligations secured by said Deed of Trust including in-cluding fees, charges and expenses of Trustee, advances, if any, under the terms of said Deed, interest thereon and the unpaid principal of the Note secured by said Deed of Trust with interest in-terest thereon as in said Note and by law provided.
