Merrill stated, "Our firm offers so many unique services, it is difficult to know where to begin.' Some of those services include placing pamphlets containing descriptions of homes and properties proper-ties currently available at airports. "We had a gentleman from Johannesburg, Johan-nesburg, Africa pick up a pamphlet at one airport, call us and purchase a ranch in this area,' said Merrill. Last month, 30,000 pamphlets were placed at airport locations and demand for them was so great that the supply ran out before the end of the month. Making real estate information available to patrons In shopping malls has also proved to be successful, suc-cessful, as has running ads for a property 100 percent of the time it is listed. Wardley Better Homes and Gardens also provides relocation services. These promotional innovations and services have brought responses not only from Africa, but also from England, Europe, France and other areas around the world.
