Show LEGAL NOTICE Petition No. 91-1 Please be advised that the Bountiful Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing TUESDAY, February 12, 1991 at 7:00 PM or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, in the Planning Conference Room, Bountiful City Hall, 790 South 100 East, Bountiful, Utah. The purpose of this hearing will be to determine the interest in and ascertain the advisability of approving or disapproving the following variance to the Zoning Ordinance: Permission to build an addition to an existing home with a front yard setback of 24 ft. Ordinance requires a front yard setback of 30 ft. Property is located at 118 N. 1050 E., Bountiful, Utah, and is owned by Grant and Lori Marchant. The public is invited to attend and voice opinion either for or against this proposal. If you cannot attend, feel free to voice opinion in writing or by agent or attorney. If you know of any affected property owner who has not received a notice of this hearing, would you please advise them of this meeting.
