Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 15th day of February, 1991 at 10:00 A.M. at the North front door of the Davis County Court House at Farmington, Utah in the County of Davis, by SECURITY TITLE TI-TLE COMPANY, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust made by DEBORAH ANN WILBUR, as Trustors, and recorded February 5, 1986 as Entry No. 726277 in Book 1073 at pages 178 of the Official Records of Davis County, Utah, given to secure an indebtedness in favor of BARNES BANKING COMPANY COM-PANY (now owned and held by BARNES BANKING COMPANY) by reason of the breach of certain obligations obliga-tions secured thereby. Notice of Default was recorded October Oc-tober 10, 1990 as Entry No. 904660 in Book 1375 at page 315 of said Official Records. Trustee will sell at public auction auc-tion to the highest bidder for cash, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, without warranty as to title, possession or encumbrances, en-cumbrances, the following described property at 855 North 3000 West, in the City of West Point, County of Davis, State of Utah: Beginning on the West line of a street 344.0 feet North and 33.0 feet West of the Southeast corner of the Northeast Quarter of Section 32, Township 5 North, Nor-th, Range 2 West, Salt Lake Meridian, and running thence North 106.0 feet along said street; thence West 400.0 feet; thence South 106.0 feet; thence East 400.0 feet to the point of beginning, for the purpose of paying obligations secured by said Deed of Trust including in-cluding fees, charges and expenses of Trustee, advances, if any, under the terms of said Deed, interest thereon and the unpaid principal of the Note secured by said Deed of Trust with interest in-terest thereon as in said Note and by law provided.
