Show Bolerjack entertains MPJH students I " I X Mueller Park Junior High students enjoyed an assembly on March 18, featuring Craig Bolerjack, Boler-jack, sports broadcaster for Channel 5. Bolerjack graduated from Kansas State University in 1981, where he majored in marketing and journalism. jour-nalism. He was, at one time, voted one of the outstanding young men in the country. In 1985 Bolerjack joined the KSL staff. He has received numerous nu-merous awards for his news packages. He has done "Play by Play" for CBS. He now hosts "Sportsbeat Sunday" for KSL television. Craig Bolerjack is a father and is concerned with todays youth. He enjoys speaking to young people about motivation, self-esteem and staying away from drugs. MPJH students listened to Bolerjack tell of the experience of a friend, Lynn Bias, who died after taking drugs only once. Bolerjack played football in college col-lege and suffered many injuries from playing which resulted in some surgeries. He urged students to evaluate the importance of sports in their education goals, to choose wisely, and to be willing to take the risk of injury.
