Show j r Bountiful High School falls into spring pattern By TODDKELSEY Greetings and salutations, friends and neighbors. BHS is falling right into that spring partem of trying to concentrate when the sky is blue and the air is clean. But we're plugging plug-ging away, and the third term is near an end. Almost three quarters finished; it doesn't seem possible, it went so fast. The winter sports have given way to the spring, as baseball, softball, track, tennis and volleyball have begun. Now that it's spring, we can go sit around and support our teams while enjoying the weather. Get some color while supporting the Braves. What could be better? Many Bountiful High Choir members recently competed in the region soloensemble festival. BHS Rave J had quite a strong showing, with 33 superior ratings, and the only superior supe-rior plus given at the whole festival. The band also represented us well in its recent soloensemble competition. competi-tion. Thanks for all of you who participated. par-ticipated. It's a lot of work. Well, it's that time of year when I give my sweater up. Elections for the 92-93 student body officers are coming up. Petitions for hopeful juniors ju-niors are in the office. To run, you need a 3.0 GPA and no U's. I hope that any of you who want to run do it and not worry about the outcome. ( It's a lot of work, but even running is really worth it and a very valuable experience. If you want it, do it. Any questions you might have about running, just give one of the current student body officers a buzz.
